This is a project for a mixed-use 13-storey building for the Cleeve Fowles Partnership. It has a large ground-floor entry foyer, 10 floors of office space and two apartments with rooftop gardens. A curved high canopy lifts the skirt of the building and undercuts the base creating the entry hall. The building then rises uniformly up to the apartments where it explodes into complex forms and bulk that overhangs the street on three sides to reflect the residential nature of that part of the building.
