Recent exciting news has reached us that Lendlease and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPP Investments) has formed a new 50/50 joint venture to develop the new £1.5bn International Quarter London (IQL), while committing to develop the £215m Turing Building, designed by AFK.

Construction of IQL, a vibrant office-led new London neighbourhood in Stratford, will start early this year. This is fantastic news for all concerned - and we can't wait to see the Turing Building coming out of the ground!
