Prudence Lai, Principal

Prudence Lai is a Principal at AFK and brings diverse project experience across a range of sectors and scales. Prudence is a Chartered Architect with significant experience in coordinating, managing and delivering highly complex projects in a range of sectors across all RIBA stages. Prudence organises teams effectively and resolves problems across multi-disciplinary parties, with exceptional design capabilities, problem-solving skills and the aptitude for consistently delivering quality work on time and within intense deadlines.

Prudence’s portfolio ranges from extensions and re-modelling of existing commercial developments to high-profile, large-scale residential, mixed-use, and UK infrastructure projects. Key projects include The Turing Building, Elephant Park H7, Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Mayfair, the Battersea Power Station Redevelopment and the Heathrow Expansion Project.

Prudence is determined and self-motivated and demonstrates a collaborative approach to design.
