This restoration and renewal of 15 St Helen’s Place focused on the adaptive re-use and transformation of a 6-storey historic building in the heart of the City of London.
The project preserves the building's heritage while creating modern Grade A office space as a new-build behind the retained facade, maintaining its classical proportions and intricate features as a key element of the neo-Georgian architectural ensemble within the St. Helen’s Place Conservation Area.
In close collaboration with Heritage England and the City of London, the project meticulously restores the façade, ensuring it remains a striking example of the area’s architectural heritage while introducing contemporary functionality within. The result is a thoughtful blend of old and new, bringing new life to a significant landmark in the city’s historic fabric.
